Herriot Hospice Homecare
We are delighted to be supported by this year’s Snape Village Open Gardens event, which is set to showcase approximately 19 gardens, both large and small, across two days in June! There will also be a plant stall on the village green, as well as refreshments served from the Village Institute.
Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23
10am until 4pm on both days
Tickets are £5 each (which covers both days) and no pre-booking is necessary. Instead, please arrive in the village between the opening hours and purchase your ticket from the Village Institute. Tickets also include a map of the gardens.
To get to the village from Bedale, take the Masham Road B6268. After 1.2 miles, turn left and follow signs to Thorp Perrow Arboretum. At the Arboretum, go straight on and take the next left down The Avenue, where the car park will be signposted. Blue Badge spaces are also available.
As a village, Snape is wheelchair/stroller/pushchair friendly, however, some of the gardens have access limitations because of gravel drives and steps. These will be highlighted on the day.
Toilets are available, and locations will be advised on the day. Dogs on leads are welcome.
For any queries, please contact the event organiser, Richard Poole, by calling 01677 470 221 or emailing rpoole3@outlook.com.
