Each year we invite you to dedicate a light during the festive season, to remember someone special, while supporting your local hospice

Dedicate a light on our virtual Christmas tree

See your light shine on through our care, and help more families create special moments this Christmas

By making a special gift of a donation when you dedicate a light, you will help other families to create special moments this Christmas

£29.16

£29.16 could help lay strong foundations for our Herriot Hospice@The Lambert Inpatient Unit, paying for a full hour of vital and comforting care once this special community hub opens for Hambleton and Richmondshire.

£61.90

£61.90 could fund our Just ‘B’ Hear to Help telephone line for a morning, so our trained counsellors can offer support to people experiencing grief, low mood, isolation, anxiety, or bereavement and help them feel less alone over the festive season.

£150

Our specialist HOME team deliver care 365 days a year. £150 could pay for our dedicated healthcare assistants to continue to travel to provide a week’s worth of care to a patient, in the place they call home. In this way, they can stay surrounded by the people and things that mean the most to them over the festive season.

Receive a personalised star in memory of your special someone

As a thank you for making a dedication and supporting Herriot Hospice Homecare, you will receive a beautiful dedication card handwritten by our volunteers, with a star to place on your tree at home so memories of your special someone shine on through the festive season.

Hear to Help (01423) 856 799

Our Hear to Help community helpline offers support to anyone in the Hambleton and Richmondshire district experiencing grief, low mood or isolation. Hear to Help is open seven days a week, 8am-8pm.
