Save the date as our shops begin to open on Monday April 12
Herriot Hospice Homecare is asking supporters to save the date as we begin reopening our community shops next week on Monday April 12, following temporary closures since January.
Our shops will reopen their doors to give you the opportunity to purchase a range of preloved items for yourself, family and friends – all while supporting the care we provide.
Once we have reopened, and if you wish to donate any items to us, you can do this on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Please call ahead to your chosen shop from April 12 to check they have capacity to accept your items and confirm short-term opening hours: https://www.herriothh.org.uk/shop.
Please note that as part of these plans, our Bedale, Masham, Richmond, and Stokesley shops will reopen on Tuesday April 13. Our Thirsk and Northallerton shops will open on Monday April 12.
We are keeping in touch with our dedicated team of staff and volunteers to let them know our plans, and their safety, along with our community of supporters, is at the forefront of our plans. We are carrying out deep cleans in our shops, changing rooms will remain closed for now, and PPE will be worn by our teams. We also ask customers to adhere to social distancing measures and wear face coverings (unless they are exempt for medical reasons). Each of our shops has specific measures and procedures in place to keep our community safe, including limits on the numbers of customers in a shop at one time.
Thank you to our community for your fantastic, ongoing support. We are looking forward to welcoming you back through our shop doors.
